I doubt you will notice a difference between either one. When comparing such similar items, just go for the one with the best price/warranty.

For the current price of the D-Link this weekend i definitely would choose that D-Link

I have the D-Link DGS-1024D and been soild since I first hooked up.  No reboot or anything yet.
