    自编译设备驱动并安装在系统里，然后docker添加对应设备。

    具体怎么编译自行搜索解决

    这种情况下建议试试虚拟机,然后硬件直通. Docker 本质上还是处于宿主机上, 通过 CGroup 隔离机制运行; 所以我个人的猜测是如果宿主机没有驱动, Docker 也跑在宿主机 kernel 上所以仍然无法识别.
