so i think i've got a dead/dying HDD, wanted to get some smarter people to take a look and give their thoughts :) 

 

i have 3x 3TB WD greens, they're old but haven't seen a great deal of use over the years. when pre clearing them for unraid, one of the drives has been incredibly slow compared to the other two, and i've attached the relevant logs for each drive and the syslog

    sdc looks mostly OK, there's no SMART report for sdd, check replace cables and post new diags, sde is showing some issues, run an extended SMART test.
