Could not see any indication in the diagnostics of this issue :(  were the posted diagnostics taken while you had this problem occurring?

Yes it was posted while I was getting the error. Can it be browser cache?

Do you still see the error? If it just showed during array start it's usually not a problem.

Can you clarify this one?  I'm having this issue across three high quality USB drives, all on USB2.  Is there an issue for the functioning of the array on the harddrives if it can't read from the flash drive?

The issue is still showing. My server been on for the last 7 days or so and every time I log into it , I get the error message. I clear it and it will come back again.

If it's just showing the error at during array start you can ignore, it's a false positive.
