At first glance, it looks great, with 8 SATA ports, LGA 775, Quad-core support, DDR2 800, for $80.  Then you start reading the reviews/complaints, and notice the lack of successful Linux users, and the various chipsets not mentioned before in these forums... 

 

I would wait until someone else has confirmed full unRAID support for this board.  Chipsets needing confirmation are:  the North Bridge - ATI CrossFire Xpress 3200 IE, the South Bridge - ATI SB600, and the extra SATA controller - Promise PDC40719.  The dual LAN chips are probably OK, from Marvell.
