Issues with SMB after upgrading to 6.11.5

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have been having issues with SMB after upgrading to 6.11.5 after roughly every 7 days I have to reboot the unRAID server to get the SMB shares to work again, I can access the SMB window and try using the leave Active Directory button but it does nothing.  The only way I have gotten the shares to work again is by rebooting the unRAID server.

This is the error below when trying to access any network shares.

I am having the exact same issue. We went from 6.9.2 to 6.11.5 3 weeks ago. Weekly we have had to reboot to get the shares back up.

I've had the same issue and have been for quite some time.  Every 7 to 8 days is a full reboot.

There are some posts on the forum that explain about this bug. I found that running:

net cache flush

Works for me for a few days. Usually enough time to get a proper reboot window.

I've setup a weekly reboot on the 6th day with unraid as a temporary solution.  It happens every 7 days to be exact, I was away on vacation last time.
