January 12, 20233 yr I saw that one of my disks went offline with errors today. I thought that was odd given that it was a relatively new disk installed within the past year. I've gotten false errors before and usually just stop the array, remove the disk, start it with the disk emulated, then stop and re-add the disk again. Normally it rebuilds the drive, and I'm able to check for any real errors at that point. This time, I did those steps, but when I added the disk back to the array and started the array, every single disk now shows "Unmountable: Wrong or no file system". This is a 200+TB array, so it would be pretty awesome if I could recover this without having to start all over. My diagnostics zip is attached. I've tried to do xfs repair, but it just keeps going with dots on screen forever. root@Galactic:~# xfs_repair -v /dev/sdq Phase 1 - find and verify superblock... bad primary superblock - bad magic number !!! attempting to find secondary superblock... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... .found candidate secondary superblock... unable to verify superblock, continuing... ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ galactica-diagnostics-20230111-2025.zip

It seems to be working normally now. Array started and parity sync has begun on the one drive I originally had an issue with. Diagnostics attached just in case. galactica-diagnostics-20230112-0616.zip
