Help hosting my website on my unraid server

Hello. I have my UnRaid server, at home and I want to host my business website on it. How should I do it?

My internet convection is not static. Any ideas? 

I've tried an Ubuntu vm whit cyberpanel, but I can't work around then changing ip. Every 12 hours the ip is changing on the external router
