January 19, 20233 yr Solution you have 2 GPUs (does the server also have a iGPU?), and the 1660 is vfio binded. Is your monitor connected to the 1030? If your monitor is connected to the 1660, then it will stay at screen and won't go any further which is perfectly normal. Which GPU is placed in the primary pcie slot. Does your motherboard has option to select choosing the primary GPU?
January 19, 20233 yr Author I'll have to go look. There is no way to use the iGPU on the Mobo which is unfortunate. (e3 pro gaming v5) The 1030 is upstream of the 1660.
