硬盘读取速度慢

NFS直传没有问题可以达到100M，但是虚拟机特别卡 硬盘读取速度只有3M左右ubuntu打开浏览器都要等半天，直通也不行。 用docker建的nextcloud上传文件也只有3M，直接用/.mnt/disk打开的也一样。装在缓存池里用ssd就一点问题都没有 请问这怎么解决？
