Reporting issue with Active Streams

Hey everyone,

 

I seem to be having an issue where the number of streams for a given share is no longer reporting. On the dashboard, in the Shares, the streams do not report any usage when there is actual usage. image.thumb.png.504f277ed1f1240f437fa22589c34f48.png

 

I've updated the plugin still nothing. When I go to tools and click on Active Streams, I can see the number of streams but it just doesn't show the number on the dashboard. I am running version 6.11.1

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
