Dear forum.

Earlier his week i had to soft power down the server by hardware button (single press let the system do the shutdwn) next day with booting up i got the error: Disconected from unraid api when i was veryfying boot and services start.

I have tried reloading the api via terminal on ssh (commands accepted and reporting back) no result.

usesed tailing syslog command to verify:

Jan 22 12:29:35 Tower unraid-api[26183]: ✔️ UNRAID API started successfully!

i ask the it to report via ssh:

Ah, you opened this in the My Servers area of the forums, so I am focused on issues related to the My Servers plugin.

Are you still seeing anything related to being disconnected from the Unraid API?

A reboot will likely resolve the other issues, and I expect improvements in that area with the upcoming Unraid 6.12

Here you are.

Sorry for the delay. So I have to admit, I don't see any issues in these logs.

I don't think the My Servers plugin is the cause of your issues on the dashboard, but if you want to rule it out you can uninstall it.

When the dashboard isn't showing data, it may help to open a web terminal and run:

/etc/rc.d/rc.nginx reload

Personally I first tried restarting unraid api.

/etc/rc.d/rc.unraid-api restart

Didn't do the trick though. So I checked connectivity to te mothership server using wget. That seemed to work.

Then logged out of unraid My Serves account under Settings --> Management access, and then logged in again. That did the trick for me!

I'm getting intermittent timeouts and 401 refused messages when attempting to hit mothership.unraid.net/ws via wget from my Unraid box.  It honestly seems like something is up with whatever is hosting/serving that site (or routing to reach that site).  Tried logging out of My Servers and back in to no avail, server still reading as offline from the My Servers dashboard.
