Hit or miss... drives missing or unmountable !

Featured Replies

Hi guys!

Yesterday, the array stopped unexpectedly. One of the drives was missing. After a restart, it came back online and the parity was validated with multiple errors.

I also saw this error : Unmountable: Wrong or no file system.

I just bought 3 new 12TB drives to swap the drives if I have to.

Does anyone know how I can fix it ?

I plan to upgrade the parity disk with a new one (greater capacity) and use that disk to replace the culprit if possible.

I attached the DIAGNOSTICS to analyse if needed.

English is not my first language. Sorry if I made grammatical errors.

Thx in advance for the help !!

Thx in advance!

Diags are after a reboot, and there's still a missing disk, can you get that disk online? Then post new diags after array start.

Did you the "unmountable" get fixed?
