Unavailable Eth0, how delete it?

I have 3 ethernet card and two are pass through by VFIO-PCI Config,  However, from webgui, 2 interface eth0 which is no mac address and eth1.

When boot, system prompt  that no eth0. How do I handle it, del it ?
