Docker Service failed to start

Hi everyone

New to selfhost and NAS, but been researching for some weeks and is finally getting my setup up and running

Bought an old HP desktop, Pentium Dual Core E5300 @ 2.6 GHz with 8GB DDR3, an internal 128GB SSD and 4 SATA connectors..

While I'm only doing some testing, before my HDD's arrive in some days, I can't figure out how to get Docker to run..

I might think it's because my test setup lacks space, but not sure.

I'm using the internal 128GB SSD as Parity and then a 64GB Sandisk USB as Disk 1.

No matter what guides I have tried to follow, nothing happens. Have been doing troubleshooting for half a day now, which have lead me to this post..

Settings > Docker > Enable Docker: NO

-> After disabling Docker, I still don't get the ability to tick the box from where the vdisk can be deleted and then rebuilded..

2ND EDIT: In "Main>Array Devices>" Disk 1 (USB_SanDisk_3.2Gen1_010(.....) - 61.5 GB (sda)), says the following;
"Unmountable: Unsupported partition layout"

Could this be the reason?

1ST EDIT: Removed some stuff because I found out how to pull the log. It's attached to the post now.
