Here's http://www.extremetech.com/computing/90634-how-to-build-your-own-135tb-raid6-storage-pod-for-7384 a very interesting article that discusses how Backblaze (http://www.backblaze.com/) makes it's 135tb  :o storage pod's. Unfortunately, these pods are RAID 6.

 

The article is very detailed in schematic's and a parts list.

 

This pod idea makes me think about a platinum/unlimited version of unRAID where you could have as many drives as you want.
