Attempted Plex Database Repair - sqlite3 Error

I was having issues with my Plex docker not working so I followed some suggestions on repairing the database from SpaceInvaderOne, which after an integrity check I had the following issues:

I ended up deleting and reimporting the database which then the integrity check said ok. Upon spooling up the container I now get this in my logs and I have no idea what it means or if it can be resolved.
