crusemm
New Error from FCP, I have made no recent changes, just the normal updates. BRiT
Plex Transcode directory: 9.0G /tmp/transcode Quote Link to comment

You must have a reasonable idea of what application on your server is doing trancoding (Look at the name of the child directory. Check the configuration of the applications and specify that it using a physical device. That will be one that begins with /mnt (and I would recommend using the cache drive or a cache pool.) IF you have more questions, you might get a quicker answer from the Support forum for the application. Quote Link to comment
crusemm
Looks like it's Plex, but I haven't changed anything. Best I can tell that's where it's supposed to go. Quote Link to comment
itimpi
Those settings show that you have the transcode pointing to /tmp/transcode on the host which is a location in RAM. Quote Link to comment

My understanding is, that's how it's supposed to be set. Is there another way that I am supposed to be doing this? Or is there a way to flush this out so the error clears? Quote Link to comment

If not then you need to set this to point to a physical drive location - typically one on a SSD pool. Quote Link to comment
