WIN 10 VM | GPU Passthrough Not Working

So I had the GPU passed through and working with my GTX1070... then I installed GeForce experience and installed the drivers. Now the VM won't show up on Parsec when I try to remote into it. 

 

I tried going into it using VNC and uninstalling all the GeForce and drivers in "add/remove programs" within WIN10. Relaunched and nothing has changed. I am unable to get it to pop up in my Parsec dashboard (which I am able to do when in VNC mode).

 

So not sure what I did here. Thanks in advance.
