Sounds good (did not see it before 🙂 ) and promising I'll give it a try too now Hmm, at least it lists all the files within .actors during the scan. Dunno yet if it throws them away afterwards. But it would be less time consuming when skipping the whole directory directly. Update: took a few hours and finally showed that it did not work. All the pics from .actors were included. Too bad, but at least it was an idea to try 🙂 Edited March 12, 20251 yr by MAM59
March 15, 20251 yr This is a great app! Much appreciated. One question: is there a way to clear all scan results and start again? I started a scan of everything when I was half asleep and woke up to an overwhelming result. I see that I can scan directories individually, so that's what I would like to do--just clear everything out, and scan my movies folder apart from everything else. I know that I can filter results by directory, but on my small server there's a bad lag when trying to apply the filter. I just want to go directory, by directory to keep it simple. That said, I can't find a way to just clear out all results and rescan. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
May 4, 20251 yr I'm curious how to enable the ffmpeg support within the container. I would assume that the container would have that built-in, but when I turn it on, I get an error. And secondly, I'm not sure if "Hardware Acceleration" is something that I can use. I don't a separate VGA card in the system, just using the onboard i-12700 CPU for transcoding.

Video Duplicate Finder already use ffmpeg. On 5/4/2025 at 2:43 PM, yoleska said: And secondly, I'm not sure if "Hardware Acceleration" is something that I can use. May 9, 20251 yr Yeah, I see I typed that up incorrectly. I'm mostly interested in the hardware decoding, and when I turn it on it complains about ffmpeg bindings when set to auto, but if it's already enabled, then I'll keep digging. Thanks!
