Should I run parity check between replacing/rebuildng 2 drives or just after?

Just a quick question about changing 2 drives for bigger ones because they were both reporting dodgy SMART problems/errors.

 

I've replaced the 300GB drive with a 2TB one and rebuilt the data and now it says the parity is unchecked again. Should I run a parity check before replacing the second dodgy drive for a new one or just run parity check after I've rebuilt the second drive?

    Run it between. If you wait until after and there is a problem you won't know which drive to blame.

    The replacement drive hadn't finished pre-clearing before I went to bed so left the array doing a parity check overnight, then in the morning swapped the drives and rebuilt the second dodgy drive.  :)
