Dell R320 has an IP but I can't access the Web GUI and it frequently freezes

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I am not really sure how to read the logs to troubleshoot this, but it has an IP when it boots into Unraid and my router sees it but I cannot access it from my computer. I also have frequent problems where after 10 or so minutes the systtower-diagnostics-20230204-2009.zipem will just stop responding. Can you assist with what might be going on?

Are you sing http:/IP? If you just enter the IP it might default to https.

I can't even SSH into it though

https doesn't work either. Is there anything in the logs that might be related to the https/http port? I think I switched it away from 443

If SSL is not working see below to disable it:

https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Security#Https_with_Myunraid.net_certificate_-_with_no_fallback_URL

Then you should be able to access using the IP, currently http://192.168.50.223

So I was able to get into it again, but after enabling Docker and updating all of the applications, it stopped responding after 10 minutes. This is what I see when I try to access it (http and https) and ping it. I am not sure how to get a diagnostic report without being able to login
