ninjaneer68 Posted February 7, 2023 Share Posted February 7, 2023 each drive is 14TB drives with one 14TB parity. is this normal for parity checks to take around 6 days to complete ? should I continue to run this monthly or move it out to run every 40 days or something to that affect ? All the drives are the same sizes, below is the mix 3 drives -- Seagate Exos X16 14TB 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 256MB Cache 3.5-Inch 1 drive -- Western Digital 14TB Ultrastar DC HC530 SATA HDD - 7200 RPM Class, SATA 6 Gb/s, 512MB Cache, 3.5" 2 drives -- Seagate IronWolf Pro 14TB NAS Hard Drive 7200 RPM 256MB Cache CMR SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal HDD Quote Link to comment
