February 8, 20233 yr Hi I am running Unraid Version 6.11.5 2022-11-20. When the array has been running for a while maybe six hours or more, then I go back to it none of the docker containers are working correctly. When I restart the docker containers they still wont work, I end up having to restart the whole server via reboot. I was wondering if anyone can help, I have download the tower-diagnostics.zip if that would be of any use. Thanks Cormac

Thanks Cormac If the diagnostics are taken when in the error state they may give a clue so you should then post them to your next post in this thread. If only after a reboot then you should enable the syslog server to get a syslog that survives a reboot.

February 8, 20233 yr Community Expert Solution According to the diagnostics it appears that your cache drive has dropped offline (which would explain the dockers not working). I would carefully check and power and SATA cabling to the drive.
February 8, 20233 yr Community Expert After you get your cache reconnected, disable Docker and VM Manager in Settings, then post new diagnostics with the array started.
February 9, 20233 yr Author I put in a spare SSD that I had and replaced the old one. I started the array with Docker disabled and VM Manager disabled in Settings. I ran diagnostics again the new zip file is attached. I have not done the syslog server part. Thank you both for all your help so far. tower-diagnostics-20230209-1500.zip
February 9, 20233 yr Community Expert Your appdata, domains, system shares were all recreated on the array since you didn't have cache. Run mover to get these moved to cache. Then you can enable docker and reinstall your containers https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Docker_Management#Re-Installing_Docker_Applications Did you have any VMs?
