Feb 8 12:43:05 Tower kernel: BTRFS error (device nvme0n1p1): block=147216039936 write time tree block corruption detected

This means btrfs detected data corruption before writing the data back to the device, it's usually bad RAM or other kernel memory corruption, start by running memtest.

ive never been able to perform memtest since i upgraded to new server . when i go into bios and try to perfrom memtest it just gets stuck on the memtest page and never actually does anything

memtest that ships with Unraid only supports CSM boot, not UEFI, you can also use Passmark Memtest for UEFI boot.
