My unraid system, My CPU Fan is normal, but my system fan have some issue, my system fan speed rpm baee on cpu temperature

 

First boot, all normal, all fine, but maybe after 30min or 1 hour, my system fan speed rpm be stuck, wont auto rpm base on cpu temperature.

 

Have someone know what is happening?
