I simply can't figure out why my server refuses to come online, both br0/br1 have Ip but nothing on eth0/eth1 tried every single trick I was able to find in the forum and the interwebs but still no luck, what am I missing here???

    You can try setting eth0 to DCHP to see if it's getting an IP address.

    I have no problem getting DHCP on either of the cards, all hardware and network works flawlessly something is skewed in a config file :(
