i added a 4 tb drive to my server but have problems

I couldn't put the disks how i wanted to, so i put it in the array thinking i would have to transfer the data, but it locked the disk in the slot and i cant change it. Heres how i want it to beimage.thumb.png.1cff6cc1165496d9d8ab0e4129e09b3e.png
