February 12, 20233 yr I just bought Unraid, but can not get it registered. I get ERROR 4 when I paste the URL for the key. Is there anyone at Lime Tech on the weekend ?
February 12, 20233 yr Limetech's goal is to reply to all support requests 24/7/365 (including Weekends and Holidays) within one hour. One hour is the goal (and the current average) but worst case scenario is a couple of hours at most In your case, check that the date & time is correct on your server (Settings - Date and Time Settings), and if you're still having issues manually download the key by clicking the link on another system and then save the file within /config on the flash drive (delete any other .key files which may be present). After a reboot you should be good to go. Andrew
