RAM permanently full due to docker and can't restart docker

Featured Replies

Hi,

Since yesterday my ram is permantly on 100%. The dashboard states that this is due to docker. The Docker menu didn't state that any of my docker containers was using a significant amount hence I was quite confused. The first thing I did was the good ol' turn it off & on again.

The issue now is that I can't START the docker. I have checked the syslogs and they state that the image is in use hence it can't be launched again. The curious thing is that the RAM is still full (all 32 GB).

I have attached the syslogs and the diagnostics (from the tools tab). Would anyone be so kind to have a look and help me out?

Thanks!

You have completely filled docker.img. You will have to delete and recreate, then see if you can figure out how you are filling it.

The usual cause of filling docker.img is an application writing to a path that isn't mapped.

Does deleting the docker.img require me to reinstall & reconfigure all the dockers again?
