"Not authorized" error in new Plex instance

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I'm working on setting up a Plex instance for the first time using Docker on UnRAID, but getting stuck at the Not authorized - You do not have access to this server error. I've tried every Plex instance available in the UnRAID community store, different plex accounts, different claim codes, different devices to access the Plex server instance, Chrome incognito mode, as well as the related guide on the Plex support site, all to no avail. Tried the Plex addon in HomeAssistant OS, and it worked, first time, no problem. Currently at a loss as to what the issue could be. Any ideas?

Thanks much!!
