I received the following message "Out of memory errors detected on your server"

I need help.  I received a message stating "Out of memory errors detected on your server" and need to understand if it is safe to reboot my system.  I understand that this error should never appear and I'm a little nervous about how I should proceed.

If it's a one time thing you can ignore, if it keeps happening try limiting more the RAM for VMs and/or docker containers, alternatively a small swap file on disk might help, you can use the swapfile plugin:
