Best way to copy/sync data from one unraid server to another

Hi all, can anyone recommend a good/fast way to copy/sync data from one server to another? I have roughly 100tb that I need to backup and SMB is taking too long. All the data is pictures, so of course it is going to be slower than large files. But I’m hoping to find something that is faster than SMB. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I do know about rsync and rclone, but have never used them. Thanks

    I use rsync. Its simple, reliable and repeatable (which makes it resilient to any interruptions)
