Hi all,

I have 6 hosts licensed now (5 basic and 1 pro). All have various number of disks attached either in array or unasigned devices. I mainly use host for virtualization purposes. Before 6.11.x versions I was using 6.9.x and the startup process went smooth all the time and all of the web components loaded just fine. Now I have random issues where something does not load properly, loads incomplete, the array starts but its web view (array components, parity status and last check and unasigned devices) are not available in the view or even worse, some of the samba shared disks (unasigned devices ones) are not showing up anymore on the network.

 

 

Has anybody encountered this issue ?
Any quickfixes ?

Try booting in safe mode to rule out any incompatible plugins or packages.

It is likely to help get a diagnosis if you can get a system's diagnostics zip file when the problem occurs and add that to your next post in the thread.

i've determined that having less then one line of text in the parity check log is the cause of the problem with the screen above and should be corrected if possible in a new release cause it wasn't a problem before. The other issues i am having are related to the unasigned devices plugin. i will reach the author on their forum page.
