UNABLE TO MOUNT UNASSIGNED DEVICES DRIVE USING UD PLUGIN

Hi

I want to plug in an external hard drive (USB) , only I see this on my dashboard, I have the plugin "Unassigned Devices" and "Unassigned Devices Plus" installed, I can't see the external hard drive. Please help me to trouble shoot this issue. Thanks
