Connect to Windows Server VM with RDP and network share from other computer

Hi,

 

I have installed a new Windows Server 2022 VM. The machine itself is working fine within its walled garden. I can connect to it with VNC from the VMS menu. I can connect to the internet inside the VNC session with MS Edge browser. 

 

I cannot connect to the VM from another computer on the same physical network using an RDP client. I cannot ping it nor can I connect to a UNC path on that computer, which was frankly unsurprising given the previous statement but I did this backwards

The route in the red rectangle was changed by me from a metric of 1005 to 1 as a button mashing attempt in problem resolution.

 

On the server itself, I have enabled remote access:
 

 

 

And it believes that this is a private network:

 

 

I've also tried with the Windows Defender firewall off and on.

 

I suspect this is a configuration issue with the VM and/or network. I'm more than moderately knowledgeable but the UnRAID/Linux networking stuff is not my strong suit.

 

Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong?
