Had an issue with a VM completely breaking so I rebuilt one. Now I can't get the GPU to pass through. I'm not a power user by any means, but the VM was stable for years (part of why I've forgotten and haven't kept up with changes) and I use it for work. 

 

AMD 3900X, 1080Ti

 

Using this rom file for the GPU target BIOS: Gigabyte.GTX1080Ti.11264.180508

 

Log doesn't show any error codes. It will not display out. What details can I add that will be helpful?
