Still says Trial after purchase of Pro license

Featured Replies

I'm on Unraid 6.11.5.  I've purchased a pro license just now as my Trial will be expiring.  Received the email about inputting the URL for the key by going to Tools -> Registration -> Install Key field in the webgui.

I do not see this option when navigating in my Unraid instance.  I also tried clicking on Purchase Key/Redeem Activation Code but am getting "..may already have a key or it has been blacklisted" and I am unable to proceed any further.

In the Unraid GUI, it still says i'm on a Trial license.

Any help, much appreciated!  (I've sent an email to support as well)

Oh I mean, the Registration icon is there, but when I click into it, there's no "Install Key" field option.

This means the OS is already registered, the error comes from the MyServers plugin, a reboot usually syncs it up.

This happened to me on latest release, I can confirm that a reboot resolved the issue, thanks.
