[6.11.5] Unraid unresponsive

Featured Replies

Hello,

After I removed some problematic docker apps over the past few weeks, I was able to get my Unraid server stabilized where it was not going unresponsive every other day.  Today around 19:00 the system went unresponsive again, the hardware was powered on, but no access to the UI and the system did not respond to Ping requests. I performed a hard reset and the system is back up now.

Do the log file below point to anything specific?

I'm having the same issue. I will post after my crash as well. Brand new install, never been used, array hasn't started yet. Only thing I was doing was preclearing drives and runniong extended SMART tests on these drives.

There's nothing relevant logged, this usually suggests a hardware problem, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.
