March 1, 20233 yr Hi, I've been trying to find out why my array keeps getting stuck at starting array. Under Fix Common Problems it states that one of my disks has a read error and another error that it is unable to write to the disk. I tried to view the disk under main but getting a invalid path. All while the disk is being presented as healthy Is the disk broken or something else? I've added the diagnostic file. The disk in question is named WDC_WD80EZAZ-11TDBA0_7SJPWALW rose-diagnostics-20230301-1519.zip

March 2, 20233 yr Author Hi, Sorry for the late reply. I've tested the cables and were able to follow the steps in checking the filesystem. I ended up following the Redoing a drive formatted with XFS and formatted the drive. The array is finally starting fully again but somehow i still get the error. Unable to write to disk7 Also instead of only finding the drive in the array it is still found in the unassigned Devices area of the main page. Here I am able to correctly mount the drive and even create a folder on it. Also after mounting the drive in unassigned devices it gives another error i had before. disk7 (WDC_WD80EZAZ-11TDBA0_7SJPWALW) has read errors I've added a new Dignostic zip. rose-diagnostics-20230302-1504.zip
March 2, 20233 yr Community Expert Disk is still having issues, if you replaced the cables it could be the disk.
