6.11.5 万兆网卡内网传输速度慢

系统是 unraid6.11.5，主板是 B660M-K，一张 X540-AT2 双口万兆网卡

现在有两个问题：

第一个问题

无论是 unraid 本身还是虚拟机里的群晖7.0，走千兆网内网传输速度只有 35 MB/S，折腾了好几天到现在也不知道如何解决，不知道是否是驱动的问题，能否通过修改 go 文件恢复正常的内网传输速度。

第二个问题

在网口绑定的时候如果万兆网口不和千兆绑定就会显示端口是interface down，还有就是如何把unraid的web端口设置为万兆网口而非是板载的千兆，请求大佬帮忙解救一下，万分感谢
