6.11.5 Black Screen on Boot to GUI

Featured Replies

Trying to get the GUI to work on my server, first time installing unraid, I get the boot screen, and it loads then goes to black screen.

I have GTX Nvidia card and an 8th gen intel with iGPU. I've tried both with the same results.

The server is working and I can connect to it.

I resolved this with the help of a user on Discord, something I had added to the boot config "nomodeset" to try and fix it, was now somehow causing the problem.

Not sure what the original issue was but either way I get the GUI.

Thanks @own on discord.
