CrypticPoptart
I recently purchased a IO CREST SI-PEX40152 (Supports non-bifurcation motherboards) and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? I've been doing 50 hour weeks recently, so apologies if I just didn't research the issue properly. I've tried installing it in both my Windows 11 PC and my server, and it doesn't seem to be showing up in either device list (I've attached the unraid HW profile below), but apparently this is supposed to be pretty plug and play. The only thing I can think of is that it's DOA, it is refurbished afterall, but I'm trying to exhaust my options before waiting forever for the refund + new item process. JorgeB
There are two NVMe device, how many are there supposed to be? Quote Link to comment
CrypticPoptart
Those are the ones directly installed to the motherboard, the PCIe card has four Quote Link to comment
Solution JorgeB Posted March 9, 2023 Solution Share Posted March 9, 2023 Not seeing anything else detected, so likely a hardware issue. Quote Link to comment
CrypticPoptart
Ah, that sucks, I'll try to look at the hardware one more time, but it's probably just DOA. I really appreciate your support! Thank you Quote Link to comment
