Forum Banner urges use/enablement of MFA ... all the time, although I did enable it already

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

is this just for me or everyone?

After the recent change in authentication policy, when I return to the Forum there is a Banner displayed saying "enable MFA" - but I already did.

...but my login / auth is working, meaning I am already logged in when I return with the same browser.

This happens quite often, but not always...after the Banner has been discarded, it will return the next day (or so I think).

Happens to me too.

I though it would disappear when I set it back up but didn't until I discarded it. It was fine for a few days and it's back this morning.

Same here. The banner shows up on next visit despite being dismissed previously too. Functionality is entirely broken surrounding this.

Banners will go away by tomorrow. We wanted to give everyone a solid week to see the important info.

We've done our best to spread the word around via a variety of channels while still following our email communication policies.
