I just received a new 14TB drives. I ran the Pre-Clean (full cycle - no issues)

then added it to the array. The system rebuilt with the new drive in but it still say unfomated. 

I clicked the "Format" and "Yes I really want too" buttons. but it fails

 

Any Ideas?

    I seem to remember Unraid 6.11.2 having issues formatting drives larger than 2TB.  Try upgrading to 6.11.5 and trying again.
