eth0 device does not exist

Ive re-seated my m.2 (that is only used for VM) and I moved a couple of my case fans from 1 of the mobo slots to daisy chain off the CPU because they are 3 pin and were running at 100% in that slot. Other than that no changes.

 

I tried a couple different cables in both of my ethernet slots. I get flashing lights but still get the error

Yea, it looks to be an issue with the NIC. Tried running an windows install on that motherboard, but couldnt detect a network, then tried my unraid key on a different computer and no issues finding a network. The motherboard is less than a month old, so should be an easy replace at least. Thanks for you help
