March 20, 20233 yr Hey guys, So I went to redeem my license key on my new setup of unraid. Everything was going great until I had an error pop up saying: "Error installing your new key Failed to license new key" Now my server still shows "No keyfile", but whenever I go back through the purchase option on my server it immediately reads: "Unable to purchase key for this GUID BUID ------------- may already have a key" What's the deal?
March 20, 20233 yr Activation codes are single use only. If you don't have the keyfile then contact support and they'll get it right over to you

March 20, 20233 yr Community Expert Solution Yes, just copy the key to the /config folder of the flash drive and reboot.
