CPU Overheating & Random Shutdowns?

Not sure what's going on. My tower has been stable, but just started rebooting at random over the last few days (multiple times). I just caught a CPU temp alarm at 100C. System wasn'ttower-diagnostics-20230323-0857.zip doing anything that I was aware of. I stopped the server and exported diagnostics. 

 

Any insights would be greatly appreciated

    Check CPU cooler first.
