March 24, 20233 yr Looking for insight on what to be prepared for when moving my Unraid from an older 4cpu AMD/ASUS computer to something a little more modern. All drives are attached via native SATA, no RAID cards. Should this just plug and play? Thanks.

Same as the OP, nothing special here except all the drives are in an external USB enclosure. I should note that I did have CPU Pinning, but I disabled all of that and performed a reboot afterwards, so I'm thinking that the core count might not matter. Edited March 25, 20233 yr by Joe Rees
