Icon files not deleting from cache

Featured Replies

It’s a small issue, that’s easy enough to fix manually, but might point to something that has bigger ramifications than I have noticed so far.

Searched for it and found nothing.

When I do backups from a Mac with cache set to Yes, it leaves behind some files and folders on the cache. These folders all contain a file named Icon.

Unraid’s Mover doesn’t seem to know what to do with this file, so just leaves it there. They’re small files, and not really important, so it’s not a huge issue, but the share is marked as “SOME OR ALL FILES UNPROTECTED” because of it.

Any ideas? Version 6.1.2.0-rc2

Looking into the actual files a little further, the filename actually contains a carriage return character at the end, which seems to make it difficult for Linux apps to deal with.
